Having mentored young people through his local church and supported family members affected by gang involvement, our Managing Director, Richard Ashie, made a powerful decision: to be the change he wanted to see. With a deep-rooted passion for uplifting young lives, Richard founded Sure Path Support to create real, lasting impact—not just talk, but tangible solutions.
Driven by empathy, lived experience, and a relentless belief in the potential of every young person, Richard set out to provide more than a place to stay. Through supported housing, Sure Path offers a lifeline—helping young people navigate the harsh realities of homelessness while unlocking their potential and building toward a future full of possibility and purpose. His vision is simple but bold: to guide young people from crisis to stability, and from surviving to truly thriving.
